Avocado Fries
- ½ cup flour
- 2 eggs (beaten lightly)
- ½ cup Panko crumbs
- 2 avocados (cut into 8 wedges)
- Salt and pepper for seasoning
- Season flour with salt and pepper
- Dip the avocado wedges into flour, dust off any excess flour
- Then dip wedges into egg then panko crumbs
- Place in the air fryer basket
- Fry at 180 °c for 4 minutes then turn wedges around and air fry for a further 4 minutes
- Serve with a dipping sauce of choice
