Avocado Fries

  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs (beaten lightly)
  • ½ cup Panko crumbs
  • 2 avocados (cut into 8 wedges)
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning
  1. Season flour with salt and pepper
  2. Dip the avocado wedges into flour, dust off any excess flour
  3. Then dip wedges into egg then panko crumbs
  4. Place in the air fryer basket
  5. Fry at 180 °c for 4 minutes then turn wedges around and air fry for a further 4 minutes
  6. Serve with a dipping sauce of choice
