Coconut Shrimp

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs
  • 24 shrimp deveined and peeled

Instructions
 

  • Season the flour
  • Dip shrimp in flour and shake off access flour
  • Then drip into beaten egg
  • Mix together the coconut and panko crumbs and dip the shrimp into mixture
  • Place in the air fryer
  • Air fry at 180 °c for 8 minutes
  • Serving with a soya dipping sauce
