Coconut Shrimp

  • ½ cup flour
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 eggs (beaten)
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/3 cup panko crumbs
  • 24 shrimp (deveined and peeled)
  1. Season the flour
  2. Dip shrimp in flour and shake off access flour
  3. Then drip into beaten egg
  4. Mix together the coconut and panko crumbs and dip the shrimp into mixture
  5. Place in the air fryer
  6. Air fry at 180 °c for 8 minutes
  7. Serving with a soya dipping sauce
