Coconut Shrimp
Ingredients
- ½ cup flour
- Salt and pepper
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup panko crumbs
- 24 shrimp deveined and peeled
Instructions
- Season the flour
- Dip shrimp in flour and shake off access flour
- Then drip into beaten egg
- Mix together the coconut and panko crumbs and dip the shrimp into mixture
- Place in the air fryer
- Air fry at 180 °c for 8 minutes
- Serving with a soya dipping sauce
