Berry Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup Strawberry blueberry & Raspberry
- 150 ml low fat ice cream/ frozen yogurt
- 1 Banana
- 1 Cup Ice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the blender.
- Pulse it at first to break the ice.
- Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
