  • 1 Cup Strawberry blueberry & Raspberry
  • 150 ml low fat ice cream/ frozen yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • 1 Cup Ice


  • Add all ingredients into the blender.
  • Pulse it at first to break the ice.
  • Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
