Sticky Maple Glazed Wings

  • 8 chicken wings
  • 6 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 4 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp cumin seeds


  • Combine the ingredients to make a marinade and mix with the wings. Refrigerate for an hour.
  • Place the wings in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket for 14 minutes at 200 degrees, flip the wings over and continue for another 8 minutes at 200 degrees and serve.
  • Chef’s tip: Set half a cup of marinade to baste after the wings are ready for serving.
