Ingredients

medium red pepper

celery stalk
finely diced

onion
finely diced

egg

mayonnaise

freshly
finely chopped chilli
Pinch
salt

cup
of breadcrumbs and ½ cup breadcrumbs

salmon meat
boneless
Instructions
In a bowl combine the pepper, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, chili, salt, and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
Fold in the salmon meat to the mixture
Roll balls (golf ball size) and flatten then dip into breadcrumbs
Place in the air fryer and fry at 180°c for 5 minutes
Serving with a wasabi sauce
