Avocado Fries

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup flour
  • 2 eggs beaten lightly
  • ½ cup Panko crumbs
  • 2 avocados cut into 8 wedges
  • Salt and pepper for seasoning

Instructions
 

  • Season flour with salt and pepper
  • Dip the avocado wedges into flour, dust off any excess flour
  • Then dip wedges into egg then panko crumbs
  • Place in the air fryer basket
  • Fry at 180 °c for 4 minutes then turn wedges around and air fry for a further 4 minutes
  • Serve with a dipping sauce of choice
