Instructions
Cream margarine and sugar. Add jam. Mix well
Whisk egg into mixture.
Fold in self-raising flour.
Dissolve bicarbonate of soda in milk before adding.
Add vinegar and mix well.
Pour into large microwave dish and microwave for 10 - 12 minutes on high.
Sauce: Dissolve sugar in boiling water and add evaporated milk.
Pour over hot pudding.
Serve with custard.
