Thaw the frozen shrimp in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket for 30 minutes at 30 degrees and drain the excess water. Pat dry.
Place the olive oil, honey, soy sauce, lemon zest, parsley, thyme, salt and pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine. Add your shrimp and set in the fridge for at least half an hour
Once the shrimp is ready, place them on a baking paper sheet in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket and select the ‘Shrimp’ function for 10 minutes.
Prepare the wraps:
Place a spoonful of spring onions, shrimp and cheese.
Bring the bottom of the wrap half way up, bring each side of the wrap to the middle like a fold to close and serve.
