Citrus Chicken Legs
Ingredients
- 3 tbsp chicken spice
- ¼ cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Half orange zest
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
Instructions
- In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Place the chicken legs in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket and fry for 13 minutes at 180 degrees, then flip it over for another 7 minutes to finish it off.
- Place your chicken in a bowl and serve with your favourite citrus cream sauce to compliment the chicken and enjoy!
- Chef’s tip: Lime or lemon can serve as an alternative citrus fruit in this recipe.
