In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
Place the chicken legs in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket and fry for 13 minutes at 180 degrees, then flip it over for another 7 minutes to finish it off.
Place your chicken in a bowl and serve with your favourite citrus cream sauce to compliment the chicken and enjoy!
