Curried Chickpea salad

  • 1 Tin Chickpea (Drained)
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Curry Powder
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Ground
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Ground
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Ground
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon Ground
  • Salt and Pepper

SALAD

  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seed
  • 160 g Feta Cheese (Cubed)
  • 2 Cups Baby Lettuce
  • Salad Dressing
  1. In a bowl add the vinegar, oil, and all powders and seasoning
  2. Stir in the chick peas and place in the Airfry.
  3. Fry at 200°c for 12 minutes
  4. Remove add to the salad items. Dress and serve
