  • 2 Cups Savoury Mince
  • 1 Roll Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg Beaten


  • Roll out the puff pastry, cut out rounds of puff pastry
  • Brush edges with egg
  • Add spoonful of savoury mince to the centre of the puff pastry round
  • Pull over pastry creating a half moon
  • Pinch edges to stop filling from falling out
  • Brush with egg and place in the Air fryer
  • Fry at 190°c for 7 minutes
