BBQ Beef Skewers

  • 400 g Beef cuts
  • 1½ BBQ sauce
  • 1⅓ Cup brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 Onion (roughly chopped)
  • 1 Red pepper (chopped large dices)
  • 1 Green pepper (chopped large dices)
  1. Cut beef into equally-sized cubes and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl and add the beef cubes to combine and rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. On each skewer, thread the beef, onions, peppers and place in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket for 10 minutes at 200 degrees, both sides.
  4. Chef’s tip: Mushrooms, potatoes and cherry tomatoes are great substitutes for your peppers
