Chilli and Garlic Glazed Kippers

  • 2 x 100g kippers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder


  • Pepper the kippers. In a small bowl add the chilli powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Rub on the kippers.
  • Add the kipper skin side down in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket. Turn the air fryer to 200 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Chef’s tip: Adding avocado salsa is the perfect finishing touch to this amazing and healthy meal!
