Chilli and Garlic Glazed Kippers

  • 2 x 100g kippers
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  1. Pepper the kippers. In a small bowl add the chilli powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Rub on the kippers.
  2. Add the kipper skin side down in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket. Turn the air fryer to 200 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
  3. Chef’s tip: Adding avocado salsa is the perfect finishing touch to this amazing and healthy meal!
