Chilli-Rubbed Pork Steak
Ingredients
- 2 x 100g Pork steaks
- 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Ground cumin
Instructions
- Combine the ingredients together and rub onto each of the pork steaks covering all sides.
- Place the steaks in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket for 18 minutes at 200 degrees.
- Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
- Chef’s tip: Serve your pork steak with creamy mashed potatoes and garlic sautéed broccoli
