Chilli-Rubbed Pork Steak

  • 2 x 100g Pork steaks
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin
  1. Combine the ingredients together and rub onto each of the pork steaks covering all sides.
  2. Place the steaks in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket for 18 minutes at 200 degrees.
  3. Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  4. Chef’s tip: Serve your pork steak with creamy mashed potatoes and garlic sautéed broccoli
