Chilli-Rubbed Pork Steak

  • 2 x 100g Pork steaks
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Flakes
  • 1 tbsp Garlic salt
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Ground cumin


  • Combine the ingredients together and rub onto each of the pork steaks covering all sides.
  • Place the steaks in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket for 18 minutes at 200 degrees.
  • Allow the steaks to rest for 5 minutes before serving.
  • Chef’s tip: Serve your pork steak with creamy mashed potatoes and garlic sautéed broccoli
