
Low Fat Chocolate Crunch Smoothie
Ingredients
- 1 Cup 2% milk
 - 1 Tbsp Cocoa Powder
 - ½ Cup peanuts/ cashews
 - 1 Tbsp Honey
 - ¼ tsp Vanilla essence
 - 1 Cup Ice
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the blender.
 - Pulse it at first to break the ice.
 - Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
 - Tip This smoothie is low fat and delicious. For an iced coffee, replace the cocoa powder with instant coffee powder or a chilled espresso.
