Spiced Mango Lassi

  • 1 Large Mango (peeled & Chopped)
  • 1 Cup Plain Low Fat Yogurt
  • 1 Tbsp Honey
  • ¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
  • 1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
  • ½ Tsp vanilla Extract
  • 1 Cup Ice
  1. Add all ingredients into the blender.
  2. Pulse it at first to break the ice.
  3. Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
