Peppadew Meatball
Ingredients
- 500 g mince meat lean
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp paprika
- 2 tsp Bbq spice
- 1 tbsp mixed herb
- Salt and pepper to take
- 1 Jar Peppadew piquante peppers whole
- 250 g cream cheese
Instructions
- Mix together all the meatball ingredients
- Stuff the Peppadew peppers with cream cheese
- Wrap the mince around the stuffed peppers. Roll into even ball
- Place in the Air fryer and fry for 4-5 minutes at 180°c
- Serve with a spicy dipping sauce
