Peppadew Meatball

Ingredients
  

  • 500 g mince meat lean
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 2 tsp Bbq spice
  • 1 tbsp mixed herb
  • Salt and pepper to take
  • 1 Jar Peppadew piquante peppers whole
  • 250 g cream cheese

Instructions
 

  • Mix together all the meatball ingredients
  • Stuff the Peppadew peppers with cream cheese
  • Wrap the mince around the stuffed peppers. Roll into even ball
  • Place in the Air fryer and fry for 4-5 minutes at 180°c
  • Serve with a spicy dipping sauce
