Peppermint Chocolate Pot

  • 1 cup chocolate chips (melted)
  • ½ cup butter (melted)
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp peppermint essence
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp peppermint crushed
  1. In a bowl stir in the chocolate and butter
  2. Whisk in the icing sugar, egg, egg yolk, and essence
  3. Fold in flour
  4. Grease the ramekins and pour in batter ¾ full
  5. Place in the air fryer and cook at 160°c for 15 minutes
  6. Serve with fresh cream
