Salmon cakes

  • 1 medium red pepper (finely diced)
  • 1 celery stalk (finely diced)
  • 1 onion (finely diced)
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp freshly (finely chopped chilli)
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs and ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups salmon meat (boneless)
  1. In a bowl combine the pepper, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, chili, salt, and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  2. Fold in the salmon meat to the mixture
  3. Roll balls (golf ball size) and flatten then dip into breadcrumbs
  4. Place in the air fryer and fry at 180°c for 5 minutes
  5. Serving with a wasabi sauce
