Salmon cakes

Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium red pepper finely diced
  • 1 celery stalk finely diced
  • 1 onion finely diced
  • 1 egg
  • 4 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp freshly finely chopped chilli
  • Pinch salt
  • 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs and ½ cup breadcrumbs
  • 2 cups salmon meat boneless

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl combine the pepper, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, chili, salt, and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
  • Fold in the salmon meat to the mixture
  • Roll balls (golf ball size) and flatten then dip into breadcrumbs
  • Place in the air fryer and fry at 180°c for 5 minutes
  • Serving with a wasabi sauce
