Salmon cakes
Ingredients
- 1 medium red pepper finely diced
- 1 celery stalk finely diced
- 1 onion finely diced
- 1 egg
- 4 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tsp freshly finely chopped chilli
- Pinch salt
- 1/3 cup of breadcrumbs and ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 2 cups salmon meat boneless
Instructions
- In a bowl combine the pepper, celery, onion, egg, mayonnaise, chili, salt, and 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- Fold in the salmon meat to the mixture
- Roll balls (golf ball size) and flatten then dip into breadcrumbs
- Place in the air fryer and fry at 180°c for 5 minutes
- Serving with a wasabi sauce
