
Spiced Mango Lassi
Ingredients
- 1 Large Mango peeled & Chopped
 - 1 Cup Plain Low Fat Yogurt
 - 1 Tbsp Honey
 - ¼ Tsp Ground Cinnamon
 - 1/8 Tsp Ground Cardamom
 - ½ Tsp vanilla Extract
 - 1 Cup Ice
 
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into the blender.
 - Pulse it at first to break the ice.
 - Blend for about 2 minutes until smooth.
