Curried Chickpea salad
Ingredients
- 1 Tin Chickpea Drained
- 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
- 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 Tsp Curry Powder
- ½ Tsp Turmeric Ground
- ½ Tsp Cumin Ground
- ½ Tsp Coriander Ground
- ½ Tsp Cinnamon Ground
- Salt and Pepper
SALAD
- 1 Tsp Sesame Seed
- 160 g Feta Cheese Cubed
- 2 Cups Baby Lettuce
- Salad Dressing
Instructions
- In a bowl add the vinegar, oil, and all powders and seasoning
- Stir in the chick peas and place in the Airfry.
- Fry at 200°c for 12 minutes
- Remove add to the salad items. Dress and serve
