Peppermint Chocolate Pot

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup chocolate chips melted
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 cup icing sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp peppermint essence
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp peppermint crushed

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl stir in the chocolate and butter
  • Whisk in the icing sugar, egg, egg yolk, and essence
  • Fold in flour
  • Grease the ramekins and pour in batter ¾ full
  • Place in the air fryer and cook at 160°c for 15 minutes
  • Serve with fresh cream
