Chilli and Garlic Glazed Kippers
Ingredients
- 2 x 100g kippers
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Pepper the kippers. In a small bowl add the chilli powder, paprika, Italian seasoning and garlic powder. Rub on the kippers.
- Add the kipper skin side down in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket. Turn the air fryer to 200 degrees and cook for 10 minutes.
