Citrus Chicken Legs

Ingredients
  

  • 3 tbsp chicken spice
  • ¼ cup freshly squeezed Orange juice
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Half orange zest
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper

Instructions
 

  • In a small mixing bowl, combine all the ingredients and marinade the chicken for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  • Place the chicken legs in the Russell Hobbs air fryer basket and fry for 13 minutes at 180 degrees, then flip it over for another 7 minutes to finish it off.
  • Place your chicken in a bowl and serve with your favourite citrus cream sauce to compliment the chicken and enjoy!
  • Chef’s tip: Lime or lemon can serve as an alternative citrus fruit in this recipe.
