Curried Chickpea salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 Tin Chickpea Drained
  • 2 Tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 Tsp Curry Powder
  • ½ Tsp Turmeric Ground
  • ½ Tsp Cumin Ground
  • ½ Tsp Coriander Ground
  • ½ Tsp Cinnamon Ground
  • Salt and Pepper

SALAD

  • 1 Tsp Sesame Seed
  • 160 g Feta Cheese Cubed
  • 2 Cups Baby Lettuce
  • Salad Dressing

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl add the vinegar, oil, and all powders and seasoning
  • Stir in the chick peas and place in the Airfry.
  • Fry at 200°c for 12 minutes
  • Remove add to the salad items. Dress and serve
