Empanadas

  • 2 Cups Savoury Mince
  • 1 Roll Puff Pastry
  • 1 Egg Beaten
  1. Roll out the puff pastry, cut out rounds of puff pastry
  2. Brush edges with egg
  3. Add spoonful of savoury mince to the centre of the puff pastry round
  4. Pull over pastry creating a half moon
  5. Pinch edges to stop filling from falling out
  6. Brush with egg and place in the Air fryer
  7. Fry at 190°c for 7 minutes
