Guacamole
Ingredients
- 1 large ripe avocado pear
- 1 ripe plum tomato
- 1 fresh or tinned jalapeno pepper
- 1 T lemon juice
- 1 T chopped fresh coriander
- 5 ml Tabasco sauce
- Salt and ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cut the avocado pear in half, remove the pip and peel.
- Finely chop the tomato.
- Core, seed and finely chop the jalapeno pepper.
- In a large bowl, using a potato masher or fork, mash the avocado pear with the lemon juice until it is fairly smooth.
- Stir in the chopped tomato and jalapeno pepper, coriander and Tabasco sauce.
- Season the mixture with salt and pepper.
- Transfer the guacamole in a small bowl and serve with Salticrax.
