Peppermint Chocolate Pot
Ingredients
- 1 cup chocolate chips melted
- ½ cup butter melted
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tsp peppermint essence
- 6 tbsp flour
- 4 tbsp peppermint crushed
Instructions
- In a bowl stir in the chocolate and butter
- Whisk in the icing sugar, egg, egg yolk, and essence
- Fold in flour
- Grease the ramekins and pour in batter ¾ full
- Place in the air fryer and cook at 160°c for 15 minutes
- Serve with fresh cream
