Stir-fry Beef and Pepper Wrap

  • 150 g mixed peppers (julienned)
  • 1 onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • Handful rocket leaves
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 2-4 tortilla wraps
  1. Heat the oil in the work, fry the peppers , 5-spice, garlic and onion until golden brown
  2. Add the beef, soy and honey, fry for another minute. Lay the tortilla in front of you on a plate, sprinkle the rocket, tomatoes and feta evenly in a centre line. Top with the beef, roll and enjoy.
  3. Tip Chicken or fish can be used as an alternative. Spread little mayonnaise on the tortillas to help them stick when rolled.
