Stir-fry Beef and Pepper Wrap

  • 150 g mixed peppers julienned
  • 1 onion thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp Chinese 5-spice
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp crushed garlic
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 5 cherry tomatoes quartered
  • Handful rocket leaves
  • ¼ cup feta cheese
  • 2-4 tortilla wraps


  • Heat the oil in the work, fry the peppers , 5-spice, garlic and onion until golden brown
  • Add the beef, soy and honey, fry for another minute. Lay the tortilla in front of you on a plate, sprinkle the rocket, tomatoes and feta evenly in a centre line. Top with the beef, roll and enjoy.
  • Tip Chicken or fish can be used as an alternative. Spread little mayonnaise on the tortillas to help them stick when rolled.
